Brian Puzycki '92

HALL OF FAME CLASS OF 2014

Brian Puzycki was a member of the men’s basketball team in the late 1980s-early 1990s, when the program went from club sport status to the varsity level. He served as team captain for three years as well. In the 1989-1990 season, he was named Albertus Student-Athlete of the Year.  Puzycki set numerous records for the young program including a 20-rebound performance in a single contest on two separate occasions. Upon his graduation, he was the all-time leader in steals, assists, and rebounds.  In 1990-91, he scored 193 points and tallied a team-high 175 rebounds as well as 38 assists.  His senior season, in 1991-92, he scored 161 points and tallied 53 assists.  He studied business and economics, accumulating various academic nominations before graduating Cum Laude in 1992.
