Albertus Magnus College Athletics announced the hiring of one of its own as Kaitlin D'Agostino was named its new head women's lacrosse coach in January, 2024.

D'Agostino is a two-time alum at Albertus Magnus as she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Art with a concentration in Graphic Design in May 2020, and then a Master of Business Administration in May 2023.

"I am pleased to announce Kaitlin D'Agostino as our next head women's lacrosse coach here at Albertus Magnus College," Athletic Director Michael Kobylanski said. "Kaitlin was a highly decorated student-athlete and active member of the campus community while both an undergraduate and graduate student. She knows the standards and expectations that go with putting on a Falcons uniform. We look forward to seeing Kaitlin lead our program."

Most recently D'Agostino finished up her playing career at Albertus in 2023. As a student-athlete, she was a two-time recipient of both the MVP and Falcon award for women's lacrosse. Also, she received the Female Scholar-Athlete Award in 2019 and served as a team captain in 2020 and 2023. She holds the program record with 110 points and 86 goals in 65 career games for the Falcons.

D'Agostino served as a volunteer assistant field hockey coach this past fall season for Albertus and was previously a volunteer assistant coach for both the Varsity and JV lacrosse teams at Sacred Heart Academy.

D'Agostino was also a competitive figure skater and was a member of Team USA for the 2021-2022 Synchronized Skating season. She is a two-time junior bronze medalist at U.S. Collegiate Nationals.
