Myrtle Beach, S.C. – The Albertus Magnus College baseball team kicked off its spring break trip to the Palmetto State with a 13-3 non-conference win over Lancaster Bible on Sunday evening as part of the Ripken Experience.

  • Prior to yesterday's game, the Falcons were 0-5 against the Chargers in the all-time series. 
  • Albertus earned its first program win over Lancaster Bible. 

KEY STATS

  • Sophomore Nick Miller (Union, N.J.) had a day on the mound for Albertus allowing just three hits while striking out three over five innings of play.
  • Freshman Brendan Clark (North Haven, Conn.) finished the day 4-of-6 as well as recorded two doubles and three RBI.
  • Along with Clark, senior Tyriq Harris (Waterbury, Conn.) posted two doubles on the evening to go along with two RBI.
