WINTHROP, Mass. – After posting an outstanding debut season for the Albertus Magnus College field hockey team, junior goalkeeper Serena Montague (Englishtown, N.J.) made both the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Conference Second Team and the All-Rookie Team, as announced Tuesday morning.

Montague finished the 2022 regular season as the NCAA Division III leader in saves per game (15.86) while also breaking Albertus' single-season program record for total saves (222). The Englishtown, N.J., native finished the year with two wins and a .753 save percentage, which ranked sixth in the GNAC. With today's recognition, Montague became the first Albertus Magnus College field hockey player to receive All-GNAC honors in the program's four years of existence.

Senior midfielder Kaitlin D'Agostino (Hamden, Conn.) also received recognition today, as she was the Falcons' representative on the GNAC All-Sportsmanship Team. D'Agostino started all 14 games for AMC, finishing the year with two shots.
