Men's Basketball Unveils 2018-19 Schedule

New Haven, Conn. – The Albertus Magnus College men's basketball program announced its 2018-19 schedule on Monday, detailing a 24-game slate that features 11 games at "The Nest" inside the newly refurbished Cosgrove Marcus Messer Athletic Center.

The Falcons kick-off the winter campaign in Paxton, Mass. as the team takes on Anna Maria College (11/8) in a non-conference tilt before battling WPI (11/13) on the road five days later. Following the clash against the Engineers, Albertus will then participate in the Colonial Classic (11/16-11/17), hosted by Western Connecticut State University. Albertus will then return home to play host to Keene State (11/20), Mitchell College (11/25) and CCNY (11/27). The final contest of the month, finds the Falcons on the road at Lesley (11/30).

The month of December sees Albertus play three games, with the first contest being played on the road at New Jersey City (12/3). The Falcons conclude the non-conference portion of their schedule at home with back-to-back games against New York University (12/6) and Fisher College (12/8).

Following the holiday break, Albertus opens up conference play hosting Anna Maria College (1/8) before heading to Standish, Me. to take on Saint Joseph's College (Me.) (1/10). Two days later, the Falcons return home to face Rivier University (1/12) and non-conference foe Middlebury (1/15). The Falcons play three of their final four games of January on the road including trips to Colby Sawyer College (1/19), Emmanuel (Mass.)(1/26) and Williams College (1/28). The lone home contest during that stretch is against Regis (Mass.) on January 31.

Albertus opens the month of February with three straight road games at Norwich University (2/2), the University of Saint Joseph's (CT) (2/5) and Lasell College (2/9). The Falcons wrap up conference play with back-to-back home games against Johnson & Wales (2/12) and Suffolk University (2/16), which will be celebrated as Senior Day.
