WINTHROP, Mass. - The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) has announced its All-Academic Team for the 2020-21 school year. This year, 82 student-athletes from Albertus Magnus College were among the 1,260+ honorees named to the Academic Team.

New Haven, Conn., April 5, 2021 – A special welcome to the Centennial Class at Albertus Magnus College! First-year students this fall will graduate in 2025, the year of Albertus’ 100th Anniversary. So, Accepted Student Day 2021 will be just as unique. First, it will be held twice: Saturday, April 10, and Saturday, April 24 starting at 10 am. Reservations are required. Second, it will be experienced in-person, but in a drive-through fashion complete with QR codes and culminating in an exciting outdoor gathering - all while maintaining proper physical distancing. Camille will confer undergraduate and graduate degrees in a joint Commencement ceremony to the Classes of 2020 and 2021 during the College’s historic 95th Anniversary Year. The winter sports affected include men’s and women’s basketball, women’s swimming & diving and men’s ice hockey.
NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Albertus Magnus College announced its Dean List recipients for the Spring 2020 academic semester. Over the spring semester, the Falcons placed __ student-athletes from across 15 different intercollegiate sports on the Dean's List. In addition, the Falcons had 127 student-athletes receive a GPA of 4.0.
Albertus Magnus College will join several colleges and universities in the region and across the country and delay the spring 2021 semester as a precaution in order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. The new start date is Monday, January 25. In addition, Albertus is offering a three-week intersession beginning January 4, 2021.
NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Albertus Magnus College athletic department held a private memorial service for alumnus and men's basketball star Jaqhawn Walters '18, who tragically died on September 19. The service was held Thursday evening inside the Cosgrove Marcus Messer Athletic Center. Administrators, coaches, student-athletes, alumni, and family were on hand to help celebrate Walters' life, who had been at Albertus from 2014 to 2018.
July 20, 2020 NEW HAVEN, Conn. --- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Albertus Magnus College has made the difficult decision to suspend all 2020 NCAA Division III fall varsity athletics – men’s and women’s soccer; women’s volleyball, field hockey, and tennis; and men’s golf.
