The junior scored 17 of his game-high 28 points in the first half, connecting on his first three attempts from three-point range. During the rally, Rodrick Pearson (Hartford, Conn.) went to the net for a layup, followed by a jumper by Daniels, off a defensive rebound by Tanksley and an assist by Yayo Rodriguez (Hartford, Conn.).

  • The Falcons made it a one-possession game just 3:21 into the second half after scoring the first six points on shots from Serrano, Daniels and Tanksley. The game stayed within two possessions over the next few minutes but the Cardinals went on an 11-0 run to take a 62-49 lead with 10:47 left as Zach Wolinski made a three to close out the run for Wesleyan.
