WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – The Albertus Magnus College men's ice hockey team was unable to find its offense in a 7-0 road setback to the No. 13 nationally-ranked Ephs of Williams College on Friday night in Williamstown, Mass.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The Ephs owned a 2-0 lead after the first period, scoring twice in an eight-minute stretch to take the early advantage. Niko Karamanis tallied both the of the opening-period goals, cashing in on a two-on-two opportunity at the 6:16 mark for the first score. He recorded the next goal at the 13:49 mark with a slap shot that just found the top-right corner.
Williams added three more goals in the second period to take a commanding 5-0 lead into the third. Wyatt Glover scored first 6:40 into the period, while Jack Forrest and Will Somers found pay dirt in the second half of the frame.
The Ephs scored two more times in the third period to secure the home shutout, 7-0.
Thomas Walker (Spotswood, N.J.) started between the pipes for the Falcons, the first start of his career, and made a season-high 35 saves in the complete-game effort. Walker has made five appearances this season with 84 saves to his name.
