HOW IT HAPPENED
The Saints went ahead in the 10th minute on an own goal to open tonight's scoring. This was the lone tally of the first half, as Emmanuel took a 1-0 advantage into the halftime break.

Freshman striker Michael Hidalgo (Norwalk, Conn.) evened the score at 1-all in the 51st minute with his second goal of the year. Hidalgo streaked down the left side of the field and beat a defender, before sniping a shot into the top right corner.

The Saints retook the lead in the 60th minute with a score from Alec Erskine. Erskine took advantage of confusion in front of the goal by guiding a loose ball in the box past the Falcons' keeper.

Albertus had its chances in the second half, topping Emmanuel in shots, 8-5, over the final 45 minutes. Of those eight shots, however, just two were on goal, with one being Hidalgo's score. Peter Rivera (Norwalk, Conn.) notched the Falcons' other shot on goal that was saved by Vincent Conelli.
