New Haven, CT - The Albertus Magnus College Men's Tennis team dropped a 7-2 decision to visiting non-conference opponent Lesley University on Sunday afternoon.
The Falcons received two victories from freshman Marcus Artaiz (Hamden, CT/Notre Dame West Haven) posting a 5-7, 7-6, 1-0 win at No. 1 singles and an 8-6 win at No. 1 doubles with junior Tim Gabbard (North Haven, CT/Notre Dame West Haven).
Albertus Magnus drops to 0-4, 0-1 GNAC while Lesley improves to 3-0, 2-0 NECC.
The Falcons return to action on Thursday at 3:30 pm when they host non-conference opponent Western Connecticut State University.
