2012: Was given his team's Falcon (Coach's) Award... posted a team-best 5-6 overall record in singles' competition... was 1-4 in GNAC singles' play... was 4-2 in No. 3 singles... posted an overall doubles' record of 2-8... posted an overall record of 2-4 in No. 2 doubles with his brother Richard Mitchell.

High School: Played at Naugatuck High School... was also on the swimming and soccer teams.

Personal: Son of Art and Kristine Mitchell... majoring in criminal justice and accounting... also plays soccer for the Falcons.... his brother Richard plays both soccer and tennis for the Falcons as well.
