Three Falcons remained unbeaten on the year in singles' play despite a 5-4 loss to Mitchell College on Saturday afternoon in men's tennis action.
Albertus won No. 3 doubles led by Nick Wiehler and Ahmed Abdulateef as they defeated Michael Edwards and Michael Berman 8-6 in a close match-up.
After going down 2-1 after doubles' play, Albertus looked to bounce back but their rally was cut short as Mitchell edged the Falcons.
Dan Constantinidi improved to 3-0 in No. 4 singles' play with a 7-5, 6-3 win over Berman, while teammate Elvis Santana also improved to 3-0 in No. 5 singles with a 3-6, 6-1, 10-8 come-from-behind victory over Chris McKeon.
Abdulateef improved to an impressive 3-0 in No. 6 singles with a 6-2, 0-6, 10-8 win as well.
