The Albertus Magnus men's volleyball team fell to Emmanuel 3-0 (25-20, 25-12, 25-16) on Saturday afternoon in Boston. Glenn Johnson (Newington, Conn.) led the Falcons with six kills and seven digs.
Albertus (8-12, 0-10 GNAC) fought in the opening set as there were four tied scores and three lead changes before Emmanuel took the eventual 25-20 set victory.
Freshman Dennis Waibel (Bethlehem, Conn.) dished out 14 assists in the contest for the Falcons.
Barrett Wingard registered nine kills in 15 tries along with four digs to lead the Saints. Austin Cockerill added seven kills but recorded five service errors.
