Freshman Ben Spilka (Redding, Conn.) led the Falcons with 10 kills as the Albertus Magnus men's volleyball team downed Megar Evers 3-0 on Sunday afternoon.
Albertus used set wins of 25-14, 25-13, and 25-15 to conclude the 2013 season with a victory to improve to 10-16 overall on the year.
With the loss, Medgar Evers fell to 0-21 overall.
Spilka led the Falcons with 10 kills in 16 tries with no hitting errors. He hit .625 in the match. Carlos Torres (Adjuntas, Puerto Rico) added nine kills, while Chase Brinton (Bethany, Conn.) chipped in with eight.
Dennis Waibel (Bethlehem, Conn.) dished out 31 assists to go along with his eight service aces.
