Women's Basketball Reveals 2018-19 Schedule

New Haven, Conn. – The Albertus Magnus College women's basketball program announced its 2018-19 schedule on Wednesday morning, unveiling a 25-game docket featuring 11 games at "The Nest" inside the newly refurbished Cosgrove Marcus Messer Athletic Center and 12 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) contests.

The Falcons' regular season begins in November with a mid-week non-conference road match at John Jay (11/14) before concluding the week at the Rose City Classic (11/17-11/18) hosted by Drew University.

November closes with a pair of non-conference home games, including the Falcons' home opener against in-state rival Western Connecticut State University (11/27) followed by Farmingdale State (11/29).

December rolls in with six games, three of which are at home. Albertus alternates between home and away dates beginning at New Rochelle (12/1). The Falcons host Salem State (12/4), Pine Manor (12/8) and Gordon (12/15) in the final three home games of 2018 while playing road contests at Westfield State (12/6) and Mount Saint Vincent (12/13).

January arrives with 14 games remaining on the Falcons' schedule, 12 of them all in GNAC play. The month begins with a pair of road non-conference games at Fitchburg State (1/2) and Mitchell College (1/4). Albertus then opens up conference play as the Falcons host Anna Maria College (1/8) before battling Saint Joseph's College (Me.) (1/10) on the road.

The month ends with two of five games at "The Nest" for the Falcons. Albertus hosts Rivier University (1/12) and Lasell College (1/24) during the stretch while playing road contests at Simmons (1/17), Colby Sawyer (1/19) and Emmanuel (Mass.) (1/26).

Following the contest against the Saints, Albertus returns to "The Nest" to host Norwich University (2/2) before hitting the road for a pair of conference games at the University of Saint Joseph's (CT) (2/5) and Regis (Mass.) (2/9). The Falcons host Johnson & Wales (2/12) and Suffolk University (2/16) in the final two home games of the year.
