Despite outscoring the Blue Jays, 2-1, over the final 10 minutes of the half, the Falcons would trail by one, 5-4, at the half.

The Blue Jays opened the second half with a 3-1 run to take an 8-5 lead over Albertus before back-to-back goals from Cacace and D'Agostino brought the score to within one, 8-7, with 9:21 remaining. However, Saint Joseph's sealed the conference win, 9-7, after scoring a goal at the 4:29 mark.
