New Haven, Conn – The Albertus Magnus College women's soccer team closed out the 2018 regular season with a 4-0 non-conference loss to Coast Guard Academy Tuesday evening at Celentano Field on Senior Night.
Prior to the start of kick-off, the women's soccer team honored its three-member senior class - Lexie Fenn (Oakville, Conn.), Kerrigan Loughman (Trumbull, Conn.) and Morgan Gigliotti (Wolcott, Conn.).

HOW IT HAPPENED
First Half:
- Sophomore Felicia Lombardi would get the Bears on the board just 6:11 into the match.
- Four minutes later Sabrina Robertson scored her first goal of the season to put the Bears up 2-0 at halftime.
Second Half:
- Freshman Brielle Pearce would score in the 77th minute extending the visitors' lead to three, 3-0.
- Sophomore Kylee Ballard added the final goal with just eight seconds left.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- The Bears outshot the Falcons, 28-0, as well as held the advantage in corner kicks, 9-2.
- Along with a goal, Brielle Pearce led the visitors with six shots while Kylee Ballard posted five shot attempts.
- Coast Guard's Emily Rivera earned her first collegiate win in goal.
- Junior Claire Hurley posted a team-best two assists in the win.
