NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Amy Stevens (Lincoln, R.I.) of the Albertus Magnus College women's soccer team was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Goalkeeper of the Week during her performance over a two-game week.
Stevens helped lead the Falcons to a 1-0-1 record during the week as the Falcons extended their unbeaten streak to eight games.
Against Emmanuel on September 24, Stevens stopped seven shots in a 2-2 tie. On the road against Regis on September 27th, she stopped five shots in a 1-0 win.
The clean sheet against Regis was the third of the season and 16th of her career, tying her for second most all-time in program history.
