Lianna Carrero led all Falcon runners as the Albertus Magnus women's cross country team competed at the 2013 Mitchell Invitational on Friday afternoon. Carrero took 29th place with a time of 26:55.3 in the three-mile race.
Albertus' Annie Raucci came in 30th place, right behind Carrero, with a time of 27:20.2, while Annie Sutila and Leyna Andren followed in 32nd and 33rd. Lindsay Karle and Rebecca Weinberger were right behind in 34th and 35th place.
Connecticut College's Heather Rochford took first place with a time of 20:33.1 as Conn College took first place as a team with 15 points. Mitchell took second place with 50 points, while Albertus was third with 75.
Albertus will race on Oct. 2 at Post University. That meet begins at 4:00 p.m.
