Newburgh, NY - The Albertus Magnus College Men's Baseball team took a 3-0 lead into the bottom of the fourth inning before issuing seven free passes and one wild pitch resulting in eight runs on only one hit for the home team in the frame.

The Falcons' pitching struggled to find the plate most fo the day issuing nine walks, five hit by pitches and one wild pitch on the afternoon.  The Falcons were led by freshman infielder Patrick Dornfried (Berlin, CT/Northwest Catholic) and his two hits and two walks.

The loss drops the Falcons to 3-10, 0-0 GNAC while Mount Saint Mary's improves to 8-8, 4-4 SKYLINE.

The Falcons have their home opener on Saturday at 1:00 pm when they take on Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) opponent St. Joseph's College (ME) in their conference opener.
