  • 2019-20 GNAC Academic All-Conference Honorees Announced

    Winthrop, Mass. - The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) has announced its All-Academic Team for the 2019-20 school year. This year, 52 student-athletes from Albertus Magnus College were among the 1,173 members of the Academic Team from 13 full-time institutions and nine associate member institutions in the conference.

    GILBERT, Ariz. – For the first time in program history, the Albertus Magnus College field hockey team was honored with a Zag Field Hockey/National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III National Academic Team Award. In addition to the team’s accolade, 10 Falcons earned individual honors by making the 2019 Zag Field Hockey/NFHCA Division III National Academic Squad, as announced on March 12.
  • 99 Student-Athletes Named to Fall 2019 Dean's List

    New Haven, Conn.- Albertus Magnus College announced its Dean List recipients for the Fall 2019 academic semester. Over the fall semester, the Falcons placed 44% (99) of their total student-athletes from across 15 different intercollegiate sports on Dean’s List. In addition, the Falcons had 24 students receive a GPA of 4.0 for the Fall semester.

    WINTHROP, Mass. – After posting her fourth 20-plus-save game of the season in a hard-fought loss to Simmons University on Saturday, Albertus Magnus College field hockey breakout Mikayla Lyston (Medford, N.Y.) was tabbed the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Goalkeeper of the Week. This recognition from the conference office is the first for the Falcons, who joined the GNAC this season.
