WINTHROP, Mass. – Senior Jahmerikah Green-Younger (Norwalk, Conn.) and junior Tyreek Perkins (New Haven, Conn.) of the Albertus Magnus College men's basketball team earned All-Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) honors, as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon. Green-Younger took home first team honors, while Perkins landed on third team.

Green-Younger, who was recently named to the GNAC All-Tournament Team, closed out his senior campaign leading the team in scoring with 15.4 points per game behind 17 double-digit efforts, including a career-high 34 points against Emmanuel (Mass.) College. The senior guard knocked down 49.6% of shots from the field and ranked second on the team in free-throw percentage with 79.8%. He also finished the year third on the team in assists per game (1.7 apg) to go along with 50 rebounds, 21 steals and a block. Green-Younger also became the 16th player in program history to join the 1,000th-career point club.

Perkins earned end of the year league-wide recognition for the second straight season after being named Second Team All-GNAC last winter. On the season, the junior guard averaged 14.0 points, 2.2 assists and 1.2 steals per game. In fact, his 2.2 assists per game ranks him first on the team, while he is also second in points and steals per game. He scored in double-figures on 25 occasions, highlighted by pouring in a season-high 32 points against Saint Joseph College of Maine on January 25.

In addition, freshman Jack Ryan (Stratford, Conn.) earned a spot on the GNAC All-Sportsmanship Team. This season, Ryan appeared in eight games off the bench for the Falcons and averaged 2.3 points per game. He tallied a season-high six points in the Falcons' 125-71 home win over Lesley University.
