WINTHROP, Mass. – The duo of Haley Andrews (Prospect, Conn.) and Katherine Raposo (Warwick, R.I.) represent the Albertus Magnus College women's soccer team on the All-Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Teams, as Andrews was named Second Team and Raposo Third Team. The league's All-Conference honors were released Monday, Nov. 11, and are voted on by the conference's 13 head coaches.

Andrews topped her impressive freshman season by reaching new heights as a sophomore. In the GNAC, Andrews is tied for fourth in assists (8), tied for fifth in points (28) and tied for seventh in goals (10), the first two being new career highs. She was at her best in conference play, tallying 20 points, eight goals and four assists against GNAC competition. She also scored all three of her game-winning goals in league play.

Raposo burst on the scene this season as a junior, sitting second in the conference with 40 points and 17 goals. Nationally, she is tied for 37th in goals and 38th in points. With her outstanding scoring effort, the product of Warwick, R.I., set new program records in both points and goals, topping Sam Gigliotti's historic campaign in 2009.

In addition to the announcement of the All-Conference Teams, the GNAC named its All-Sportsmanship Team. Freshman midfielder Amanda McGeehan (Milford, Conn.) took home that honor for the Falcons. McGeehan started in 16 of 17 appearances this season with six points on two goals and two assists.

Founded in 1995, the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) is an NCAA Division III association made up of 13 member institutions and over 3,000 student-athletes across the New England region. Each year, the GNAC sponsors and administers 20 championships, while balancing academic integrity, athletic opportunities and community involvement.
