  • 2022-23 GNAC Academic All-Conference Honorees Announced

    WINTHROP, Mass. – The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) has announced its All-Academic Team for the 2022-23 school year. This year, 82 student-athletes from Albertus Magnus College were among the 1,361 honorees named to the Academic Team from 14 full-time institutions and four associate member institutions in the conference.

    New Haven, Conn. – On Monday, April 24th, in the Hubert Campus Center/Behan Community Room, the Albertus Magnus College Department of Athletics held its annual end of the year awards banquet, which the department re-named "Falcon Fest", to honor its student-athletes and coaches as well as to celebrate its successes from this past academic year.

    NEW HAVEN, Conn. – Graduate student Megan Anderson (Levittown, N.Y.), Maria Estrada (Guatemala City, Guatemala), Ana Lucia Gutierrez Gomez (Sonora, Mexico), and Chloe Oliver (Milford, Conn.) of the Albertus Magnus College women’s swimming & diving team were named to the 2023 Academic All-District Women’s Swimming & Diving Team, selected by the College Sports Communicators (CSC).

    WELLESLEY, Mass. - The Albertus Magnus College women’s swimming & diving team concluded the 2023 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Championships on Sunday afternoon at  the Boston Sports Institute. The Falcons finished the three-day championship with a team score of 239 to place seventh overall out of eight teams.

    WEST HARTFORD, Conn. - The Albertus Magnus College women’s swimming & diving team picked up its first victory of the season with a 71-53 triumph over Elms College in today’s Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) meet hosted by the University of Saint Joseph (Conn.). The Falcons suffered setbacks to the host Blue Jays, 143-57, and to Saint Joseph's College of Maine, 140-43, at today’s meet.

    NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Albertus Magnus College Sports Medicine Department has several forms for student-athletes to fill out at the beginning of each year in order to be cleared to participate in varsity athletes. Several forms are required for ALL student-athletes, while others are for newcomers (freshman and transfers) or returnees only.
