A NEW WEEK
The Albertus Magnus College women's tennis team is back in action this weekend as the Falcons close out GNAC play with a home contest against Regis (Mass.) on Saturday before welcoming York (N.Y.) on Sunday afternoon for a non-conference tilt at 1 p.m.

Game 10: St. Joseph's (Conn.) 7 | Albertus Magnus 2 – RECAP/ BOX SCORE
Game 10 Highlights

• At No. 2 doubles, the Falcon duo of Jessica Coughlin (Durham, Conn.) and Nallely Magana (East Haven, Conn.) earned the win by a score of 9-7.
• Junior Izzy Sabino (Cheshire, Conn.) was stellar for the Falcons, winning her match in straight sets at No. 2, 6-3, 6-2.

Game 11: Albertus magnus 8 | John Jay 1 – RECAP/ BOX SCORE
Game 11 Highlights

• At No. 3, the tandem of Nallely Magana (East Haven, Conn.) and Paige Williams (Orange County, Va.) cruised to an 8-1 win.
• The Duo of Alicia Weaver (Bethel, Conn.) and Izzy Sabino (Cheshire, Conn.) netted a 9-8 triumph after being down 7-4 in the set.
• The Falcons were dominate in singles action, winning five of the six matches to secure their sixth home win of the fall.

• The duo of Jessica Coughlin (Durham, Conn.) and Kelsea Wildman (Hamden, Conn.) dropped a hard-fought match, 8-3.

Prior to the start of Sunday's match, the Albertus Magnus College women's tennis team would like to recognize the accomplishments of its lone senior and team captain Kelsea Wildman. This student-athlete has been key contributor to the Falcons' success during her tenure here with the squad and has helped the team improve each season.

THIS YEAR NOTES

• The Falcons welcome two newcomers to the club in 2017.
• Head Coach Bob Migliorini enters the season with an overall record of 24-41.
• Albertus Magnus returns five players from last year's squad.
• Senior Kelsea Wildman was named captain for the 2017 season.
• Head Coach Bob Migliorini welcomes a new assistant coach and alum Daniel Constantinidi.
