Women's Volleyball Suffers 3-0 Setback Against Johnson & Wales

New Haven, Conn. - The Albertus Magnus College women's volleyball lost at home to GNAC rival Johnson & Wales University in straight sets, 3-0, Thursday evening at "The Nest" inside the Cosgrove Marcus Messer Athletics Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Albertus and Johnson & Wales battled in the first set as both teams hit over .200 at the net, but the Wildcats secured the early 1-0 lead following a 25-18 win.

Johnson & Wales continued to dominate at the net hitting an impressive .387 behind 15 kills to take set two, 25-14.

Albertus was unable to make the comeback in set three, falling 25-13 to Johnson & Wales.
