NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Justice Washington (Hamden, Conn.) was named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Weekly Honor Roll after his performance during the week of January 15-21.

In a 3-0 week for the Falcons, Washington averaged 17.3 points and 10 rebounds per game. He also shot 71 (22-for-31) percent from the field.

During an 80-65 win over Johnson and Wales in a GNAC matchup, Washington scored 19 points to go with 13 rebounds.

In a thrilling 71-68 non-conference overtime win against Conn. College, Washington scored eight points with five rebounds, and made a layup with 34 seconds left in regulation to send the game into overtime.

The Falcons returned to GNAC play on January 20 against Rivier and Washington finished with 25 points and 12 rebounds for his second double-double of the week in an 89-62 win.

This season, Washington is ninth in the GNAC in scoring at 16.3 points per game and is second in field goal percentage at 60.8 percent (121-for-199). He also leads the conference with 11.1 rebounds per game.
