New Haven, CT - The Albertus Magnus College Women's Basketball team used a late second half run and saw the game tying basket rim out as they dropped a heartbreaker to Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) opponent Pine Manor College 69-67. The Falcons trailed 69-67 with 9.3 seconds remaining with the ball. The Albertus Magnus College Athletic Department is pleased to announce the release of the 2010-2011 Women's Basketball Schedule. The Falcons finished 13-14, 8-4 Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) last season losing in the Semi-Finals to Host Norwich University 80-57. The 2010 Falcons finished a remarkable run at the end of the season winning five of their last six contests entering the GNAC Semifinals.
