Helping Fearless Falcons During Medical and Economic Crisis
Given the economic struggles that many people are facing during these uncertain times, Albertus Magnus College announced today it has decreased the enrollment deposit fee to help alleviate some of the financial burden for prospective students and their families.
Residential students can now submit $200 for their enrollment deposit, while commuter students can do so for $175. This is half the usual amount. If someone has already submitted their deposit, that money is applied towards their tuition, so they are not paying any more or any less than any other student. The purpose of this decrease is to alleviate some of the hardship that families are currently facing due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
"Family members help one another during times of need. As a member of the Falcon Family, we hope this change helps you make the important decision to save your spot in the incoming class," Albertus' Director of Admissions, Ben Amarone, wrote to students and their families.
Albertus has also extended the deposit deadline from May 1 to June 1.
