NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Six student-athletes from Albertus Magnus College were named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Sportsmanship team in their respective sport at the conclusion of the Fall 2023 sports season.
Yarelis Torres (East Haven, Conn.) of the women's volleyball team, Elijah French (Tallahassee, Fla.) of the men's soccer team, Aimee Diverniero (East Haven, Conn.) of the women's soccer team, Bailey Mitchell-Warren (Stratford, Conn.) of the women's tennis team, Sam Witt (Calgary, Alberta) of the men's golf team and Amber DeJonge (Grand Rapids, Mich.) of the field hockey team
The All-Sportsmanship teams represent those in college athletics and highlight individuals who exemplify the highest standards of fair play, respect, and integrity on and off the field. It is a testament to their outstanding sportsmanship, dedication and positive contributions to the school's athletic community.
