On Tuesday, May 5, the Albertus Magnus College Department of Athletics held its annual banquet to honor its student-athletes and coaches as well as to celebrate the success from the 2014-15 academic year.

The Albertus Magnus Department of Athletics had a very successful 2014-15 campaign, producing a GNAC Tournament Championship team, an All-American, multiple GNAC Player of the Year accolades and 22 All-Conference Team selections.

This list (click here) highlights the 2014-15 major accolades from throughout the year.

The Falcons also recognized 58 student-athletes who made the Dean’s List for the Fall 2014 semester.

Members of the college community, including staff, administration and faculty, were invited guests to the awards night and we among the crowd to honor the Albertus Magnus student-athletes.

The Falcons awarded seven department-wide honors at the banquet as well.

Male Athlete of the Year

Male Rookie of the Year

Co-Female Athlete of the Year
Olivia Bolden (South Windsor, Conn.), Women’s Basketball


Coach of the Year
