The Albertus Magnus College Falcons dropped a 14-4 decision to host SUNY Purchase on Tuesday afternoon.  The Falcons threatened in the top of the second inning loading the bases with one out before failing to plate a run.  Freshman starter Jim Stanley (North Haven, CT) through three innings of no hit baseball before Purchase scored seven runs in the third to pull away.  The Falcons would threaten in the eighth inning plating four runs on six hits leaving the bases loaded for the second time in the game.  Albertus would load the bases again in the ninth inning but left them loaded for the third time in the game.  The Falcons were led by senior utility Erik Suraci (West Haven, CT) and his two hits along with senior third basemen Peter Rogan (Middletown, CT) who went 4-5 on the day.  The 0-8 Falcons will be looking for their first win of the season as they host Newbury College for a double-header starting at noon.
