Winthrop, Mass. - For the fourth straight week in a row, senior forward Jaqhawn Walters (Hartford, Conn.) of the Albertus Magnus College men's basketball team was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Corvias Player of the Week, announced by the league on Monday afternoon.

In a 2-0 week, Walters averaged 34.5 points and 15.5 rebounds, while shooting 59.2% (29-49 FG) from the field. The senior forward opened the week with 40 points on 17-of-29 shooting with 15 rebounds in an 88-84 win over Suffolk. Walters capped the week with 29 points, 16 rebounds, three assists and two steals in a 79-75 win over Norwich. 

The men's basketball team hosts Johnson & Wales on Tuesday and Saint Joseph's of Maine of Saturday.
