New London, CT - The Albertus Magnus College Men's Soccer Team won it's seventh straight game with a 2-0 victory over host Mitchell College on Wednesday afternoon.  Sophomore midfielder Steven Zapata (Hamden, CT) finished a direct kick outside the box into the left corner in the 26th minute to give Albertus a 1-0 lead.  Freshman forward Rafael Guillen (Bakersfield, CA) finished a feed from sophomore Chris Long (West Haven, CT) in the 38th minute.  The Falcons outshot Mitchell College 19-6 on the afternoon with junior forward Jamal Howard (West Haven, CT) hitting the post twice in the second half.  Albertus improves to 7-1, 2-0 GNAC while Mitchell College 2-3, 0-0 NECC.  The Falcons return to action on Saturday at 1:00 pm when they travel to Boston, MA to take on GNAC opponent Emerson College.
