Newtown, MA - The Albertus Magnus College Women's Softball team dropped both games of a  double header against host and Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) opponent Lasell College on Sunday afternoon.  The Falcons were defeated 15-5 and 26-2.

The Falcons were led by Danielle Figueroa (Bridgeport, CT/Notre Dame Fairfield) and Sam Corso (Derby, CT/Derby) led the way with 2 RBI's on the afternoon.

Albertus drops to 0-10, 0-6 GNAC while Lasell improves to 4-14, 4-2 GNAC.

The Falcons return to action on Friday at 3:30 pm as they travel to Providence, RI to take on host and GNAC opponent Johnson and Wales University.
