NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Jen Caruso has been named the women's lacrosse head coach at Albertus Magnus College following her interim head coaching stint during the spring season of 2023. 

Previously, Caruso served as the women's lacrosse assistant coach at Albertus from 2014-2020.

"I am thrilled to announce that Jen Caruso will continue as our head women's lacrosse coach at Albertus Magnus College," Albertus Director of Athletics Michael Kobylanski said. "Jen stepped into our interim role this past March and quickly proved to be a stabilizing force and mentor for our student-athletes. We are excited for the next era of Falcons' women's lacrosse with Jen at the helm."

She coached the Joel Barlow High School freshman girls' lacrosse team in the 2011-12 season where the team went undefeated. She was also involved in the youth lacrosse scene as a RE-Lax Bantam coach for the Redding-Easton youth program in 2009-2010.

Caruso graduated from Joel Barlow High School where she was an All-Conference and Academic All-American selection in her junior and senior years.

Caruso graduated from Mercy College in 2016 and holds a Pre-Veterinary degree.
