WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.. - The Albertus Magnus College women's lacrosse team lost a 15-3 game to SUNY Purchase on Tuesday evening in a non-conference game.
Three different players scored for the Falcons as Amber DeJonge (Grand Rapids, Mich.), Rosie Rivera (New Haven, Conn.) and Samantha Helwig (Northford, Conn.) each found the back of the net.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Purchase outscored the Falcons, 4-0 in the first quarter as Alyssa Kozak scored the opening goal just 38 seconds into the game. She scored three goals in the period and six in the game.
- Albertus got on the board in at the 5:29 mark of the second period as Helwig scored on a free position shot. The Panthers took a 7-1 lead into the break after the fourth goal from Kozak.
- The Panthers opened the third period with the first two goals before the Falcons got one back on a goal from Rivera off an assist from Briony Retasket (Beaverton, Ore.).
- DeJonge added the final tally for the Falcons at the 10:41 mark in the fourth to make it an 11-3 game. Julieth Velasquez scored twice in the period for Purchase.
