The Albertus Magnus women's tennis team fell to Simmons College 9-0 on Saturday afternoon in Boston, Mass.
Sandybell Anorga dropped No. 1 singles in a pair of 6-0 sets to Simmons' Andree Sime, while Na'Tasha Mesidor also fell in 6-0 sets in the second position against Nicole Eskenazi.
Rebecca Weinberger battled in No. 3 singles but fell to Rachel Sweeney, who took the match 6-0, 6-1. Haley Manson played in the fourth position as Heather Rolti took the match 6-1, 6-0. Gina D'Agostino lost in the No. 5 singles' position by 6-0 sets to Julie Ngo.
Simmons swept doubles' competition as well, taking the matches with 8-0 sets.
The Falcons will host GNAC foe Johnson & Wales on Monday, Oct. 10 at 1:00 p.m.
