The Albertus Magnus women's tennis team fell to Johnson & Wales (R.I.) 9-0 in the Falcons' final match of the 2014 season.  Samantha Jo Borr led the Wildcats with a 6-2, 6-0 win in No. 1 singles over Albertus' Zaida Velazco after teaming up with Morgan Thompson in No. 1 doubles.

With the win, the Wildcats improve to 11-1 on the year and 5-1 in GNAC play.  The Falcons finish the 2014 season with a 3-9 record and a 0-6 mark in league action.

The Falcons' had three seniors on their 2014 squad who dedicated four years of play to the program after never playing a tennis match before their time at Albertus.  Malika Grant, Renita Moore and Sogona Sacko were the Falcons' three seniors this past season.
