Leicester, MA - The Albertus Magnus College Women's Volleyball team dropped a heartbreaking match in five sets to host Becker College on Thursday night. The Falcons were led by junior outside hitter Elizabeth Williams (West Haven, CT/Hyde Leadership) and her game high 16 kills.

The Falcons dropped the first game 25-12 but rallied to win the second game 25-21.  Becker took the third game 25-20 with Albertus rallying for a 25-21 win forcing a fifth and deciding game.  The Fifth game was a battle that saw Becker outlast the Falcons 15-10.

Albertus drops to 3-11, 0-6 GNAC and saw their three game winning streak snapped while Becker College improves to 7-14 this season.  The Falcons travel to Boston, MA for a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Tri-match against Simmons College and Mount Ida College starting at 1:00 pm.
