The Albertus Magnus women's volleyball team downed Sarah Lawrence 3-0 (25-14, 25-16, 25-21) on Sunday afternoon in its first match of the day.
Tiffany Ortiz (New Haven, Conn.) tallied 10 kills, five service aces and nine digs to lead the Falcons in their third win of the season. Ortiz added two solo blocks as well.
Elizabeth Williams (West Haven, Conn.) recorded a match-high 12 kills in 18 attempts, while the senior added three digs and one block.
Both Nicole Acerra (East Haven, Conn.) and Krista LaBissioniere (Meriden, Conn.) tallied nine digs, while LaBissioniere added three assists, two service aces and two kills.
Leanna Velez (Waterbury, Conn.) finished the match with 18 assists and five digs.
