The Albertus Magnus women's volleyball team will face Brandeis on Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. in the ECAC Tournament Quarterfinals after the Falcons' originally scheduled match was postponed from Wednesday due to the snow and poor road conditions in New England.
The eighth-seeded Falcons will play at top-seeded Brandeis as the Judges will host a postseason contest for the first time since 2009. The Judges are 19-13 on the year.
The Falcons finished 5-3 in their final eight matches of the 2012 regular season and will play in a postseason contest for the first time since 2002. That season saw Albertus play in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Tournament against Rivier as the Falcons fell to the Raiders 3-0 on Nov. 5.
Albertus is currently 12-12 on the year.
