NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Albertus Magnus College women's volleyball team lost a pair of home contests on Saturday afternoon, falling to Sarah Lawrence College in match one by a final score of 3-0, before losing to Ramapo College 3-0 in match two.

• The first set against the Gryphons was AMC's closest of the match, as Sarah Lawrence earned a tight 25-21 triumph.
• After taking the first, the Gryphons didn't look back, as they went on to win the second and third sets to seal a 3-0 win in the opener.
• Elizabeth Lynch (Stratford, Conn.) led the way for the Falcons against Sarah Lawrence with four kills.

• The Roadrunners were the model of consistency in the second match today, winning all three sets without allowing more than 16 points.
• On the Falcons' side, Shalese Gordon (Bridgeport, Conn.) earned the start and had 12 assists on the team's 18 kills.
• Gordon also finished with eight digs.
• Amanda Zdru (Stratford, Conn.) also posted a stellar defensive performance with a team-leading nine digs.
