Adam Raffone was named the Albertus Magnus College men's and women's tennis coach in January 2024 and enters his second season with the Falcons for the 2024-25 year. Raffone enters his first season with the women's tennis program in 2024.
Raffone coached the Falcons' first collegiate victory since the 2022 season against John Jay on April 26 with a 7-2 victory. Under his helm, one player earned the Great Northeast Athletic Conference All-Sportsmanship honor and four were named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team.
Most recently, Raffone has been the head coach of the Hamden High School Boys tennis team since 2021. In his first season, Raffone led the Green Dragons to a 10-8 record and a first-round win in the state tournament. Raffone has coached tennis in Hamden and Woodbridge for over ten years. Raffone and his family created the Ralph V. Raffone tennis scholarship in memory of his father which benefits Hamden High School students involved with tennis.0
Raffone is also the head of library security training and development at Yale's Sterling Memorial Library.
Raffone earned his Bachelor of Science in Sociology and criminal justice from Southern Connecticut State University
