NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Antonio Bonilla (Tenafly, N.J.) set a program record - breaking his own - with 11 three-pointers and scored a career-high 42 points as the Albertus Magnus College men's basketball team annihilated Anna Maria College, 114-60 on Wednesday evening in Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) play.
Bonilla broke his own record of ten three-pointers that he set last season against Saint Joseph (Me.). He went 11-for-20 from three and as a team the Falcons went 17-for-36.
The 54-point margin of victory tied for the biggest in program history. The Falcons achieved it against Colby-Sawyer in a win last season and in a win over Lesley in 2019-2020.
The 114 points were the most in a game for the Falcons this season and tied for the fifth most all-time.

- Bonilla hit his sixth three-pointer at the 14 minutes mark and hit his seventh with 10:24 on the clock. He finished the half scoring 27 points.
- Albertus took a 44-14 lead on a fastbreak dunk from Kevin Crawford that got The Nest on its feet. Just two possessions later on the defensive end, Crawford skied for a tremendous block on a layup attempt by Gabe Armstead.
- Albertus led by as much as 50-14 in the first half and took a 54-27 lead into the break.
- It only took 54 seconds in the second half for Bonilla to hit his eighth of the game. Two possessions later, he'd hit his ninth to put the Falcons up 65-29 with 18:02 on the clock.
- Justice Washington (Hamden, Conn.) scored nine points in the first four minutes of the half, staking the Falcons to a 71-32 lead.
- With Albertus in complete control, Bonilla hit his tenth three of the game, tying his own mark to make it a 76-32 game.
- The record-breaking moment came in dramatic fashion as Bonilla was fouled by Christian Armstead on a three from the top of the key. Bonilla fell as the ball went through the hoop, giving him the record. He made the free-throw and subbed out to a standing ovation.
- There were no shortages of threes after Bonilla left the game as Jayquan Kirkland (Stratford, Conn.) hit three of his own as well as two from Gabe Herling (Salisbury, Md.) and one from Taufick Aziz (Ghana/Bronx, N.Y.).
