HAMDEN, Conn. - The Albertus Magnus College men's golf team won its first match of the year in convincing fashion over Purchase and Dean on Wednesday afternoon at New Haven Country Club.
The Falcons finished with a score of 319, 29 strokes ahead of Purchase, who finished with 348. Dean, the lone Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC).
There were three co-medalists, including Shamar Wilson (Montego Bay, Jamaica) and Kyle Sikorski (Norwich, Conn.) who both shot 78. Stephen Mains of Purchase also shot a 78.
