The Albertus Magnus College Falcon men's lacrosse team dropped a 21-8 decision to Becker College in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) matchup Monday afternoon at Becker College. The Falcons fall to 3-6 and 2-5 in the GNAC while the Hawks improve to 10-2 overall and 6-1 in the GNAC.

For the Falcons, Michael Ciarlegio (West Haven, Conn.) netted his third goal of the season with 1:23 left in the third quarter.

The Hawks started the fourth quarter much like they started the first quarter, on a 5-0 scoring run. The scoring run was led by two goals from David Deschenes. Deschenes is second in scoring in the GNAC with 35 goals on the year. The Falcons snapped the Hawks run with 4:34 left to go in the game with a goal from Choiniere. This was his 31st goal of the season. Choiniere ended the day with a team-high five points scoring three goals and dishing out two assists.

The final score ended 21-8. Justin Bennett (Fairfield, Conn.) led the game in ground balls with 14 and was 16-32 on faceoff attempts.
