The Cadets led 9-1 in the third before Choiniere scored his second goal of the day during the start of the fourth, which was also his team-leading 10th goal of the season. Five minutes later, Norwich scored its final goal of the contest on a shot from freshman Nick Imbriani.

The Falcons were able to score twice more before time ran out as Buck netted his third goal of the season.  Freshman Paul Mirmina (Milford, Conn.) connected for his second goal of the season on a man-up goal late in the quarter.

Norwich held the advantage in ground balls at 46-30 and shots at 48-19 as the Cadets won 12 of the 18 faceoff attempts.
