WINTHROP, Mass. – Senior Mykel Stinson (Bridgeport, Conn.) and junior Dane Walsh (Bethany, Conn.) highlighted the All-Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Teams for Albertus Magnus College men's lacrosse, as both were named Third Team All-Conference.

Stinson collected his first All-GNAC honor after posting a stellar senior season, setting new career-highs with 23 points and 12 assists, while also tying a career mark with 11 goals. The Bridgeport, Conn., native paced the team with 13 caused turnovers, in addition to being second in assists and ground balls (48) and third in points and goals. After his senior campaign, Stinson climbed to third in program history in career ground balls (164) and fifth in caused turnovers (40).

Also collecting his first All-Conference accolade, Walsh broke out in his first full season as the Falcons' starting goalie. The junior from Bethany, Conn., started all nine games and set new career-highs with 143 saves, a 58.4 save percentage, and two wins. He ended the regular season second in the GNAC with 15.9 saves per game and third in save percentage. Historically, Walsh's 11.47 goals-against average is the best in Albertus single-season history, while his save percentage ranks as the program's second-best mark.

Albertus also garnered recognition for its sportsmanship in the All-Conference honors. Sophomore Jack Ferrio (Fairfield, Conn.) was named to the All-Sportsmanship Team, and the Falcons won the Institutional Sportsmanship Award. Ferrio, a sophomore defender from Fairfield, Conn., started all nine games for Albertus and tallied 20 ground balls, and one caused turnover on the season.

Founded in 1995, the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) is an NCAA Division III association made up of 13 member institutions and over 3,000 student-athletes across the New England region. Each year, the GNAC sponsors and administers 20 championships, while balancing academic integrity, athletic opportunities and community involvement.
