
NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Albertus Magnus College women's soccer team scored three goals in the second half, including two from Ejalam Bravo, and head coach Nick Wajnowski and associate head coach John Adams won their 100th career Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) match, defeating Mitchell, 3-0.
The goals were Bravo's first two of the season. Erina Ismaili also scored her second goal of the season. Tyler Stocking had two assists on the evening.
Wajnowski is now 100-75-21 in GNAC games in his career in his 18th season at the helm.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Albertus peppered Mitchell from the beginning of the match with 20 shots, nine of them on goal, in the first half but were unable to break through in the scoring column.
- In the 61st minute Stocking put the ball on a string at the top of the box avoiding three defenders and finding a cutting Bravo who struck a shot to the far side of the net to make it a 1-0 game.
- Three minutes later, a cross from Stocking to the far post found Ismaili who headed the ball past Mitchell goalkeeper Gemma Landry to make it a 2-0 game.
- Bravo scored her third goal on a penalty kick in the 78th minute for the final tally of the game.

- It was the first shutout of the season for Amy Stevens (Lincoln, R.I.) and ninth of her career.
- With her goal, Ismaili now has 52 points in her career, tying her for eighth all-time in program history with Shelley Mirmina.
- It was the first career two-goal game for Bravo.
- Wajnowski's all-time career record at Albertus stands at 149-117-33.
